Ingredients
- 150 gr. all purpose flour
- 75 gr. wholewheat flour
- 50 gr. quick-cooking oats
- 100 gr. fruit sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 TBS water
- 250 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 TBS light olive oil
- 2 TBS ground cinnamon
- 2-3 apples' puree (or 200 ml apple sauce)
- 50 gr. raisins

- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Coat 18-cup mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine flours, oats, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, water, eggs and oil.
- Stir the flour mixture to milk mixture.
- Fold in apple puree and raisins.
- Bake 12-15 mins until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 mins before serving.
